장정숙 레드아이스 스튜디오 대표이사는 1991년 대원씨아이 잡지편집부 입사를 시작으로 출판 및 만화·웹툰 업계에서 경력을 쌓았으며, 1995년 학산문화사 단행본편집팀에 입사했습니다.

Chang Jeong-sook, CEO of Redice Studio, began her career in the publishing, comic, and webtoon industries by joining Daiwon C.I.'s magazine editorial department in 1991, and later joined Haksan Culture Publishing's book editorial team in 1995.

She subsequently served as a judge for the Korea Creative Content Agency's Korea Story Contest, a webtoon writer mentor for the Creative Creator Companion Project, and a visiting professor in the Department of Cartoon and Animation at Baekseok Culture University. She assumed office as CEO of Redice Studio in June 2021 and has also served concurrently as CEO of Studio Alive since February 2022. Furthermore, she received the Presidential Commendation in the Overseas Expansion Contribution category at the Korea Content Awards in December 2022, and was appointed as the inaugural chairperson of the Manhwa Promotion Committee under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2024.

Park Seokhwan is a comic, and currently serves as a Director and Head of the Strategic Business Division at Jaedam Media Co., Ltd.

He completed his doctoral coursework in animation at Sejong University and has previously built his career at ComicPlus, Sigongsa, the Korea Manhwa Contents Agency, and as a professor at Korea University of Media Arts. He previously served as a Research Fellow and Head of the Financial Industry Division at the Korea Capital Market Institute, as well as Secretary-General of the Seoul IB Forum.

Christine is an intellectual property (IP) professional with over 20 years of experience in IP management and valuation. Her work in IP valuation has been acknowledged in IAM’s Strategy 300 Global Leaders (2024–2026). As Head of IP Valuation at Adastra IP—a full-service IP firm with offices across Southeast Asia and India—she contributes to regional and international IP initiatives, including her appointment to the Technology Expert Committee at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and her role as an external expert to the European Commission’s IPR Helpdesk for Southeast Asia. Drawing on experience as both an engineer and inventor, Minh advises clients on protecting and maximising the value of innovation across a broad range of engineering and technology sectors. As leader of Spruson & Ferguson Asia’s Engineering patent practice, he works with multinational corporations, government research agencies, universities and local companies on patent strategy, portfolio management and the protection of commercially significant technologies.

His patent practice spans medical devices and equipment, industrial systems, aerospace, oil and gas, automotive technologies and semiconductor manufacturing. He has extensive experience managing patent portfolios throughout the Asia-Pacific region and advises on patentability, infringement and broader patent protection strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to his patent practice, Minh oversees the firm’s Singapore design practice, advising on registered designs relating to consumer products, medical instruments, home furnishings and graphical user interfaces. A native Vietnamese speaker, he is also a key contact for clients with patent interests in Vietnam.

Before entering the intellectual property profession, Minh worked in research and development within the medical device sector where he led a new product development project and was named as an inventor on a family of patent applications. This first-hand experience of the innovation process provides valuable insight into the commercial and technical challenges faced by many of his clients. Minh holds a Master of Technological Design from a joint programme between the National University of Singapore and Eindhoven University of Technology, where his thesis on global product development received both the Certificate of Merit and Best Thesisawards. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the National University of Singapore.

Recardina Liliyana Da Silva is an intellectual property, policy, and institutional development specialist.

She has closely collaborated with international organizations such as WIPO, ITC, and UNCTAD, as well as government institutions in Timor-Leste, to lead the establishment of the country's national intellectual property system. Since March 2026, she has served as a National IP Consultant and Intellectual Property Adviser at the International Trade Centre (ITC), supporting the implementation of the Industrial Property Code—which received final approval from the National Parliament in September 2026—and the establishment of Timor-Leste’s first Intellectual Property Office.

Previously, she worked as an Adviser for Bilateral, Regional, and Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Timor-Leste, a National Consultant for Non-Tariff Measures (NTM) Data Validation at UNCTAD, and a National Intellectual Property Expert at the WIPO Asia and the Pacific Division.

She contributed to the enactment of Timor-Leste's first Industrial Property Code, supported foundational institutional planning for the national IP office, and assisted with copyright law implementation planning. Academically, she earned a Master in Intellectual Property and Development Policy (MIPD) from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in the Republic of Korea and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kangnam University, Republic of Korea.

안재훈 변리사는 2012년부터 특허법인 로얄의 대표변리사로 재직하고 있다. 현재 대한변리사회 부회장 및 연수원 원장, 그리고 세계한인지식재산전문가협회 회장을 맡고 있습니다.

Ahn Jaehoon is a Korean patent attorney and has served as Managing Partner of ROYAL Patent & Law Firm since 2012. He currently serves as Vice President of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA) and Director of its Training Institute, as well as President of the World Korean Intellectual Property Association.

With a background spanning electrical and electronic engineering and intellectual property law, he brings over 20 years of expertise in standards-essential patents. At KBK Patent & Law Office, he handled standards-essential patent matters for major corporations. He subsequently worked in the Technology Commercialization Division of Korea University’s Research and Business Foundation, where he was responsible for identifying standards-essential patents and managing technology transfer and licensing activities. He has also served in leadership and committee roles in continuing professional education for patent attorneys, intellectual property appraisal, and IP communication.

Ly Nguyen is a qualified lawyer and LLM holder, specializing in intellectual property with over 10 years of experience advising domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries.

Ly has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Her practice covers IP enforcement (trademark, industrial design, copyright, plant variety) and litigation (particularly in trademark and patent disputes), as well as the management of complex trademark portfolios. She regularly advises on and attends matters relating to IP rights transfer agreements, licensing arrangements, and technology transfer transactions.

Ly is actively involved in matters related to licensing, copyright issues, design, and technology transfer agreements.
