Armed with a double degree in Accounting and Law, Boo Seng has been practising in the area of Intellectual Property (IP) since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. With extensive experience in IP disputes, he has represented many IP owners in the enforcement and protection of their rights. In addition, he regularly advises clients on IP related corporate and commercial transactions, licensing and commercialisation of IP rights, and data protection.

On Hung Zheng, graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons). He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London and was called to the English Bar in July 2006. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in 2007.

Hung Zheng specialises in the fields of intellectual property and commercial and civil litigation including banking, insurance and insolvency. Hung Zheng has appeared before the High Court and Court of Appeal of Brunei Darussalam.

Mr. Saybandith SAYAVONGKHAMDY has been appointed asDeputy Director General of Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) on 22 August 2022. He leads the Patent, Industrial Design, Trademark, and Geographical Indications registrations as well as GRTKTCE matters.

Mr. Saybandith previously served as Director of Policy and International Affairs Division of DIP, where he was involved in the amendment of IP Law in 2017 and IP related regulations afterward. He also involved in preparation for accession to the international treaties such as his contribution to the accession to the Geneva Act of Lisbon Agreement in 2020.

Mr. Saybandith plays a very important role as a negotiator. He was appointed as Sub-committee for IP negotiation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), conclude in 2020 which is the largest free-trade-area in the world at present.

He started his work in Foreign Trade Policy Department since 2003 as the negotiation on the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) membership of Lao PDR. He was in charge in Trade negotiation including TRIPS.He has been involved in many draft laws and regulations related to trade policy.

Notapol (Kor) Srichomkwan is a household name in the present day Thai music industry. For more than 25 years, Kor worn many hats as an artist, musician, composer, producer, arranger, and music director.

He graduated from Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA.) in 1996 as a Music Production and Engineering Major. After graduating he went on to tour as a bassist for Moderndog, the most famous alternative rock band in Thailand, in 1997. Then Kor formed his own band "P.O.P" with his friends and released a highly successful album "ERA".

But Kor didn’t stop there. He started his dream project establishing the legendary Disco Funk band, "Groove Riders" going platinum with countless hit songs on the charts throughout the years.

Kor has also produced and composed for many famous Thai artists such as Palmy, Zom Marie, Two Popetorn and Ben Chalatit to name a few.Currently, Kor is still very active in making music. He has taken on a management role as Label Director of Spicydisc Records in 2018. As well as elected the Chairman of the Board at Music Copyright Thailand Ltd. (MCT) since 2019-present.
